You are invited to participate in the 82nd State FFA Convention of the Tennessee FFA Association to be held in Gatlinburg, TN, from March 28 - 31, 2010. We are anticipating another exciting and jam-packed convention as we celebrate another year of excellence in the Tennessee FFA.

The Foundation is offering to provide 10' X 10' booth space for you at the State FFA Convention to be conducted in the Gatlinburg Convention Center. You will be able to set up your exhibit on Sunday, March 28, after 6:00 p.m. in Ballroom B. You may take down your exhibit after the start of the evening session at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30. We have reserved space for the Trade and Vendor Show for two days only. The 2,500 attendees open their convention in the adjacent Tennessee Ballroom on Monday at 9:00 a.m. and close with the Wednesday morning session at 8:30 a.m.

Please use the attached form to reserve your booth space. Send the completed form and your check to the above address made payable to the Tennessee FFA Foundation, Inc. You are responsible for your own travel, meals and room reservations. Let me know if you need any recommendations.
