You are invited to participate in the 80th State Convention of the Tennessee FFA Association to be held in Gatlinburg, TN on March 31- April 2, 2008. We are anticipating another exciting and jam-packed convention as we celebrate another year of excellence in the Tennessee FFA.

The Foundation is offering to provide booth space 10' X 10' for you at the State FFA Convention to be conducted in the Gatlinburg Convention Center. You will be able to set up your exhibit on Monday, March 31 after 7:30 a.m. in Ballroom B. You may take down your exhibit after the start of the evening session at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1. We have reserved space for the Trade and Vendor Show for two days only. The 2,500 attendees open their convention in the adjacent Tennessee Ballroom on Monday at 10:00 a.m. and close with the Wednesday morning session at 8:30 a.m.

Please use the enclosed form to reserve your booth space. Send the completed form and your check to the above address made payable to the Tennessee FFA Foundation, Inc. You are responsible for your own travel, meals and room reservations. Let me know if you need any recommendations.

Please respond by March 3, 2008 if you plan to have a booth at this year's state FFA convention. We look forward to seeing you there.
